Step 1: Download the Epson Adjustment Program found at the bottom of this post. Open the Epson Adjustment program after you download.

Step 2: Select Printer Model.

Step 3: Select Particular Adjustment.

Step 4: Select Waste Ink Pad Counter then Click OK.

Step 5: Check Main Pad Counter then Click Check.

Step 6: Check Main Pad Counter then Click Initialize. A message box will show, select OK then turn off the printer and turn it on again, Click Finish.
