Step 1: First you need to download Snapseed Application on Google Playstore or Download it on the link at the end of this post. Then Install the Snapseed Application.
Step 2: Open the Snapseed application tap the + icon to locate the picture you want to edit.
Step 3: Click the Tool Text found at the middle bottom.
Step 4: Locate the Black & White Tool then tap.
Step 5: Tap the check button found at the bottom right side.
Step 6: Tap the Tool Text again and locate the Brush Tool.
Step 7: Tap the check button found at the bottom right side.
Step 8: Tap edit stack found at the upper right side of the screen.
Step 9: Tap View Edits.
Step 10: Tap the Black & White.
Step 11: Tap the brush inside the square.
Step 12: Tap the button found in the picture.
Step 13: Brush the area you want to exclude from black and white.
Step 14: You will get the result like this in the picture.
Step 15: To save the files tap export and tap the save button.
