How to Extend Life of Oppo Phone Battery

Oppo Battery Type: Lithium Polymer

A lithium polymer battery, or more correctly lithium-ion polymer battery (abbreviated as LiPo, LIP, Li-poly and others), is a rechargeable battery of lithium-ion technology using a polymer electrolyte instead of a liquid one. High conductivity semisolid (gel) polymers form this electrolyte. These batteries provide a higher specific energy than other lithium-battery types and are being used in applications, where weight is a critical feature - like tablet computers, cellular telephone handsets or radio-controlled aircraft.

Note:
1.    Do not disassembly the built-in lithium-ion battery to avoid phone damage and safety issues.
2.    Go to an Oppo designated after-sales service center if battery replacement is needed.
3.    Do not charge for more than 12 hours continuously.
Tips:
1.    To extend battery life, the battery should be charged at a temperature range 5°C and 40°C to avoid decreased battery performance and standby time.
2.    Using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc., or allowing them to run in the background when using other functions increases power consumption. Turn these functions off when they are not needed.
3.    Power consumptions increases rapidly as the screen brightness increases. You can reduce the screen brightness and backlight timeout in the screen settings.
