Hiren's
BootCD (also known as HBCD) is a bootable CD containing a number of diagnostic programs
such as partitioning agents, system performance benchmarks, disk cloning and
imaging tools, data recovery tools, MBR tools, BIOS tools, and others for
fixing various computer problems.
In this guides, we
will teach you how to create a hiren’s bootable usb. This is a step by step
tutorial in creating an Usb bootable Hiren’s.
How to create Bootable Hirens
using Winsetup
Things that are
needed
v Hiren’s
ISO files
v Usb
Flash Drive at least 4 GB in size
v Winsetup
Make sure that the
usb you are going to use has no important files, once the process is started it
will not be interrupted.
1.
Open the Winsetup software run it as
administrator.
2.
Select the device the Usb you are
going to use.
3.
Check the Auto format it with FBinst,
then select NTPS
4.
Check the Linux/Other Grub4dos
compatible ISO and browse the Hiren’s ISO Image.
5.
After you selecting the Hiren’s Image
Files a message box will appear asking if you wish to change the display name
of the hiren’s. If you made changes or none click OK.
6.
Click the GO button. It will take time
to setup the bootable depending on the size of the image files.
7.
Another message box will appear asking
if it is the correct disk, Click Yes to continue the setup.
8. A warning message will appear informing
that the usb will be erase/formatted. Click Yes to continue setup.
9.
Another warning message will appear
just to confirm for deletion of all the files on the usb flash drive. Click Yes
if are you sure, then the setup will continue. Just wait the creation of setup
until it finished.
10. If
the setup is finish you will see a Job Done message, Click OK to exit the
setup.
11. Test
the created usb bootable Hiren’s. Select your Bootable usb, check the Test in
QEMU then click GO.
